  • If you have waxed, shaved recently or have cuts, wounds, then avoid lemon juice application.

2. Oatmeal

The gritty nature of oatmeal exfoliates the accumulated dead skin cells. It leaves the skin soft, radiant and supple.

  • Combine 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and enough amounts of tomato juice.
  • Mix well to make a thick paste.
  • Spread the paste on the affected areas and leave it on for 20 minutes.
  • Now, gently scrub off the application and rinse with cold water.
  • Repeat the process 2 – 3 times in a week.

Alternative Combination: Combine 1 teaspoon of oatmeal, few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of turmeric. Apply the mixture, leave it on for 20 minutes and rinse off with water.

3. Baking Soda

The exfoliating nature of baking soda removes accumulated dead skin and damaged skin cells. The bleaching properties of it lighten the dark inner thighs.

  • Combine 1 tablespoons of baking soda, a little honey and enough amounts of water.

  • Dry 1 cup of orange peels under the sun for few days.
  • Once crisp, grind them into a powder.
  • Combine 2 teaspoons of orange peel powder, little amounts of honey and enough amounts of rosewater to make a thick paste.
  • Spread the paste on your dark inner thighs and wait for 15 – 20 minutes.
  • Wet your fingers and gently scrub off the application.
  • Rinse with lukewarm water followed by cold water.
  • Repeat the process 2 – 3 times in a week.

Note: You can add cucumber juice instead of rosewater.

  • In a blender, add soaked almonds and some milk to make a paste.
