  • Mix equal quantities of apple cider vinegar and water.
  • After showering, soak cotton pads in mixture, wring out excess, and apply to underarm skin.
  • Leave on for 20 minutes.
  • Remove pads, rinse with warm water, and pat dry.

3. Apple Cider Vinegar with Baking Soda

Baking soda exfoliates to remove toxins that contribute to skin discoloration, and it gradually lightens skin over time.

  • Mix 1 teaspoon each of apple cider vinegar and baking soda.
  • Wait till the bubbling stops.
  • Use cotton ball to apply mixture on clean underarm skin and leave on for 15 minutes.

  • Mix 1 tablespoon each of apple cider vinegar, bentonite clay, and water.

  • Before starting regular treatments, do a patch test to find out if you’re allergic to apple cider vinegar.
  • Avoid tight clothing that causes friction.
